Myths and Legends Permissions

This page lists the permission nodes used by the Myths and Legends mod to control access to its features and commands.

The mod utilizes the Cobblemon permission system. This means that if a dedicated permissions plugin (like LuckPerms, FTB Ranks, etc.) compatible with Cobblemon is installed on the server, you can grant these permission nodes like any other standard permission.

If no dedicated permission plugin is present, access defaults to the standard Minecraft Operator (OP) permission levels defined for each node.

The following permission nodes are defined by the mod:

• mythsandlegends.access

  • Description: Grants basic access to use the base `/mythsandlegends` (or `/mal`) command. Required for most other command permissions to function.
  • Default OP Level: 2 (Cheat Commands & Command Blocks)

• mythsandlegends.items.list

  • Description: Allows using the /mal items command to list a player's tracked items.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.items.sync

  • Description: Allows using the /mal syncitems command to synchronize inventory with tracked items.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.pokemon.list

  • Description: Allows using the /mal party command to list a player's Pokémon party.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.pokemon.check

  • Description: Allows using the /mal haspokemon command to check if a player has a specific Pokémon.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.pokemon.placeifhas

  • Description: Allows using the /mal placeifhas command.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.pokemon.forcespawn

  • Description: Allows using the /mal forcespawn command to attempt triggering item-based spawns.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.pokemon.update

  • Description: Allows applying specific aspects and forms (likely via an unlisted or internal command/feature, e.g., potentially related to `updatepokemon` mentioned in command comments).
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.settings.open

  • Description: Allows using the /mal settings command to open the configuration GUI.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.cooldown.check

  • Description: Allows using the /mal cooldown check command, especially for checking other players.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.cooldown.clear

  • Description: Allows using the /mal cooldown clear command to clear specific item cooldowns.
  • Default OP Level: 2

• mythsandlegends.cooldown.clearall

  • Description: Allows using the /mal cooldown clearall command to clear all item cooldowns for a player.
